Where are Created by Couture products made?
Created by Couture started as a handcrafted business in Oregon. Some exclusive and limited edition items are still made here by Nicole and her sewing team. In order to offer the ability to reduce stress from quick-sell out drops, some items are manufactured in partner facilities overseas. No matter where they are made, all Created by Couture items are carefully curated and samples tested before selling. Nothing in this shop is purchased in direct wholesale markets and rebranded. Custom made fabric from one trusted manufacturer is sent to the sewing factory to be cut, while additional samples go to the zipper manufacturer to be color matched for custom dyed zippers. All of this coordination and materials testing is part of the value you get from covers made by Created by Couture.
What brands do Never Nude waterproof liners fit?
Never Nude liners were designed when Nugget and Blocksy (the vinyl covered couch from Foamnasium) were the only play couches on the market, so they were originally designed to fit Nuggets. Now there are many more play couches that match the dimensions of the Nugget couch. Sam’s Explorer Sofa has been tested and the liners fit the base and cushion great and the triangle pillows work, though they aren’t a perfect fit. The feedback was that with the cover back on, the looseness in the corners from the different shape triangle foam wasn’t all that noticeable. The liners have also been tested and fit the Dundy couch. So if your play couch matches the Nugget dimensions, it should be a great fit. I am always happy to customize a set if you need only base size pieces for a Kozy Couch or Nest; just reach out and I’ll be happy to assist.

How can I pay?
Your order can be paid for by your credit card which is processed securely through our payment processor. If you would like to split payments for your item, Sezzle is available for US and Canadian customers.
Do you offer coupons or discounts on liners?
There are no discounts, sales, or coupons for the waterproof liners. My goal is to price fairly and consistently so that when the time is right for a family to order, they do not feel pressure to wait for a sale or regret that they ordered before a discount was offered. I hope this makes sense and feels fair.
Do you offer military, teacher, care provider, or first responder discounts?
At this time I do not offer a discount on my items for specific groups. I offer free US shipping to all and include all overseas US military in the free shipping offer as well as Alaska and Hawaii.
Fulfillment & Shipping Terms
Ready to Ship items:
Items listed as “ready to ship” will be sent within one week of order confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking once the label is made. Your package should be scanned by the carrier by the next business day.
Backorder items:
Items listed on the site for backorder are in production and have an expected shipping time based average production times. The expected shipping dates given are the best estimate and subject to unpredictable delays. Please understand your order will always ship at the earliest possible date. You will receive an email with tracking once the label is made. Your package should be scanned by the carrier by the next business day.
Preorder items:
A product listed as preorder mean that production has not begun. The item may be subject to a minimum order quantity to start production, and therefore the order fulfillment estimate is much more difficult to predict and longer than a backorder. Because each order is needed to meet production quantity, we ask that you not preorder unless you are comfortable waiting the longest given estimate for your item. Refund will not be issued for preorders within the stated turn around time window. If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be refunded in full. Once a preorder product is ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking once the label is made. Your package should be scanned by the carrier by the next business day.
