Orders to Canada: Orders to Canada should expect to incur additional import duties and fees. These fees can be 20-40% the total cost of your order. It is not possible to predict the exact amount as it varies by region. The import fees are paid to the carrier. Ready to Ship items: Items listed as “ready to ship” will be sent within one week of order confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking once the label is made. Your package should be scanned by the carrier by the next business day. Backordered items: Items listed on the site for backorder are in production and have an expected shipping time based average production times. The expected shipping dates given are the best estimate and subject to unpredictable delays. Please understand your order will always ship at the earliest possible date. You will receive an email with tracking once the label is made. Your package should be scanned by the carrier by the next business day. Preorder items: A product listed as preorder means that production has not begun. The item may be subject to a minimum order quantity to start production, and therefore the order fulfillment estimate is much more difficult to predict and longer than a backorder. Because each order is needed to meet production quantity, we ask that you not preorder unless you are comfortable waiting the longest given estimate for your item. Refunds will not be issued for preorders within the stated turn around time window. If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be refunded in full. Once a preorder product is ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking once the label is made. Your package should be scanned by the carrier by the next business day.

Damaged Package: Making sure your order is packaged with care is always a top priority, occasionally a package is mishandled and arrives damaged.
